ORDER_CANCELLED: Customer cancels order.

WRONG_INFO: Incorrect job details e.g. incorrect vehicle type requested, or booking doesn't reflect correct number of boxes etc.

COURIER_LATE: The courier is running late.

DUPLICATED: Double booked by mistake.

FRAUDULENT_ORDER: Fraudulent Order.

NOT_ACCEPTED: Job not accepted by courier.

NRT: Not received in trunking..

RESCHEDULED: Rescheduled for later delivery.

TECHNICAL_ISSUES: Technical issues with delivery.

TEST_ORDER: Test order.

NO_NEED: No need.
